Holybro DroneCAN M8N GPS

The Holybro DroneCAN GPS is a high-reliability GNSS Receiver designed for advanced flight controllers, offering precise positioning, robust orientation data, and seamless integration using the DroneCAN protocol. Built on the proven UBLOX M8N module (also available in M9N module variant), it delivers high-performance satellite tracking with minimal cold starts, thanks to the GNSS system capabilities of the UBLOX NEO M8N.

The module includes a BMM150 compass for accurate heading information and a tri-colored LED indicator for clear status updates, including power and fix state. Unlike traditional serial modules, the Holybro DroneCAN GPS uses DroneCAN, enabling you to avoid occupying serial ports on your flight controller and instead connect multiple CAN devices through a CAN splitter board.

With an integrated STM32G4 processor, LNA MAX2659ELT+ RF amplifier, and rechargeable Farah capacitance, this module ensures high signal amplification, stable power regulation with a low noise 3.3V regulator, and smoother performance in electromagnetically noisy environments.
